LZT is a personal editorial and photographic project about some of the amazing places and stories about the volcanic island of Lanzarote, in the Canary Islands. When I first visited the island, I fell in love with its exotic ambiance, its secret spots and its out-of-the-world landscapes. It was almost impossible not to be speechless admiring its volcanoes, staring at the red sun getting lost in the endless ocean at dawn, looking at the stars shining silently at night.

I decided to compile all these feelings and experiences in a travel diary, and give it a visual design that could project those values accurately. I gathered some of the photos I've taken, retouched them and ordered them creating a path throughout the island, making use of the great support of typography and layout to provide a bold and attractive composition that guides the eye along the pages.
