Sergi Hanami is a musician and compositor from Spain. During 2020 he wrote and recorded several singles and needed a design context which could provide value and communicate consistently his vision and the message inside his music. The approach for this project is focussed on delivering visuals which reflect peace of mind and acceptance from a modern, unique and bold perspective. As Sergi Hanami's songs have been strongly influenced by Japanese culture and mantras the mission is to provide a strong connection with the rich and mystique imagery from the Land of the Rising Sun.
By that need, the logo created for the 'Ukiyo' single was crafted from a minimal, balanced composition with soft off-white and earthy tones, and enriched by subtle and warm organic textures, creating a visual language which inspires introspection, self-awareness and inner peace. The CD cover design, illustration and design collaterals, were created as supporting part of this path and are englobed by the same values, visually translated in a highly attractive colorful but low-contrast and modern designs.
